Welcome to the Music Dept.

Notre Dame's Music Dept. draws students from many different schools, as we continue to build a tradition of excellence.  Here are our extracurricular bands:

• Senior Band -  with 56 members this year, Notre Dame's premier performing ensemble rehearses on Tuesday afternoons at 3:00.  This year we are headed to Washington D.C. to participate in the Big Band Jam International Festival
• The RetroActives - Notre Dame's stage band, made up of 18 skilled players, has been very active, and we are busy preparing for our annual gig at the Carleton Heritage Inn Ballroom at the end of May
• Grade 9 Band - this 26 member group rehearses on Mondays at 3:00.  We are currently preparing for our tour to Montreal at the end of May
• Grade 8 Band - our Grade 8 Band rehearses on Thursdays at lunch.  We are currently preparing to take our show 'on the road' to St. Gregory's!
