Searching for a Specific Program
1. Go to www.ocas.on.ca
2. Go to FIND
3. Type in
the program you are interested in, in the KEYWORD space.
i.e. Culinary
Management, Police Foundations….
4. You will
see all the schools in Ontario that offer the program. Choose a program
you want to learn more
about by clicking on Program Details. Here you will find out
if the program is
highly competitive.
5. Select W to link to the program
website. Here you will learn
about admission
requirements, program
description, residence, careers.

-this guide provides students with
invaluable information about colleges in Ontario including:
-a list of programs available in
Ontario Colleges
-criteria used for highly

dates/contacts
-map of all Ontario colleges (back

-once you
have a list of schools that offer your program, go to Student Services and
sign
out a College Calendar for the school you are interested in attending
-the
calendar will give you a list of admission requirements, program
description, fees,
career links
3. SCHOOL FINDER ( schools across Canada and the U.S.)
Go to www.schoolfinder.com
-type in the
program you are interested in, and determine which colleges offer it
-consult the
specific school’s website to determine the program requirements and
content
-go to PROFILE to find out about programs,
campus life, residence etc.

-choose a
ministry
-choose EDUCATION

-you will find information about
