Pre-Approved Culminating Extension (PACE) Form

As the end of the semester looms, teachers and students are beginning to gear up for end of term final evalutions. As in the past, students will be completing final examinations and culminating activities in each of their courses and are expected to be present on days designated by their classsroom teacher. If a student will be absent at anytime during their culminating activity, the student must approach their teacher prior to that day and complete a Pre-Approved Culminating Extension (P.A.C.E.) form, which will allow the missed day to be made up under teacher supervision. Otherwise, an absence may result in an incomplete evaluation and a lower overall grade.
